Previously: Aidan went out up and about in search for a partner, but without much success. Also, his stove caught fire, and he doesn’t have enough money to replace it, which means he’s pretty much stuck eating quick meals.
True to his intention, Aidan immediately went to Central Park to try his luck in finding a partner to settle with.
Along the way, he also met some new acquaintances, Holly Alto and some townie whose name he could not remember.
Across the park, Aidan managed to spot a familiar figure chatting with a girl sitting on the bench. He recognized him as Michael Yew, his old school mate. It didn’t take long for his friend to notice him as well.
Michael: Oh, hey, it’s Aidan! Hey, hey Aidan, over here—
Aidan had walked right past Michael, paying no heed to him. Instead, he had his eyes focused on the girl.
Aidan: H- Hi, what’s your name?
Michael: Her name is Sandara and she happens to be my sister. Not that you’re listening to me anyway.
Needless to say, the two of them found themselves getting along pretty well, and chatted the time away until evening.
Aidan: Hey, Michael, I think… I think I’ve fallen for her. She’s pretty cute, too. What do you think?
Michael: Who, my sister? Well, you guys did talk all the way without acknowledging me once.
Aidan: ... your sister?
Michael: Exactly, my sister! Which, is why you should also consider yourself quite luck that you’re my friend, or else you would‘ve ended up like everyone else who tried to court her.
Aidan: WHAT?! WHAT DO YOU MEAN ‘LIKE EVERYONE ELSE’?! WHAT DID YOU DO—
Aidan: Actually, no, never mind. I don’t think I want to know what you did to them.
Michael: You wouldn’t.
Michael: But this is brilliant news! I’ll get to be the best man, right? And, and the godfather of your children? You’ll let me have the position, won’t you?
Aidan: ... Um, I guess so.
With a broken stove and a starving stomach, Aidan settled his dinner with a free meal at the park.
Aidan: Mmm, hotdogs.
Aidan was also exceptionally pleased that he seated himself close to that someone he found himself attracted to.
Sandara: ...? Why did you take your food from the other side of the table and sit all the way here?
The next day, Aidan wasted no time in inviting Sandara over after work to pop the question. He had no doubt that he had finally found ‘the one’ for him.
Aidan: So, what do you think?
She said yes. Aidan was relived.
Aidan: Whew, for a second there I thought she’d say no…
The two of them got down to discussing the wedding plans instantly.
Sandara: So, I was thinking right, that for the cake, it would be pretty cool if we could get those cakes like the ones we see in the dramas on TV…
Aidan: Sandara, we don’t even have money to buy a buffet table! How do you expect us to get a cake like that?!
Sandara: Hey, don’t take it too seriously. I was just joking!
You all should know what happened next.
Makeover time! Also, Sandara is unflirty, has no sense of humor, a daredevil, and is frugal and ambitious.
The day of the wedding! Instead of a buffet table, Aidan ordered pizza instead because it was the only thing he could afford. The pizza lady laughed at his poorness.
Aidan: Whew, you can do it, Aidan. Deep breaths…
Gunther Goth: Haha, your face!
Who better to oversee the wedding than Cornelia Goth?
Michael: Ahh, isn’t that romantic?
And so, Aidan and Sandara were officially branded husband and wife.
Michael and Gunther have had enough of each other and they both started fighting.
Guys, guys, it’s a wedding day! Can’t you take it outside?
Gunther still has some spunk in him despite almost becoming an elder. :|
After the wedding party (if you could call it that with only 3 guests present), the couple settled down in bed and talked about various topics.
Sandara: So, I was thinking, when we have our first kid, we could get those blocks, you know, those sort of types where…
Sandara: You’re not understanding where I’m getting at, are you?
Sandara woke up in the middle of the night to find out that she’s pregnant!
Aidan did his best to bond with the baby despite going to work.
Sandara spent her time reading pregnancy books at the library while Aidan was away at work, and also visited her brother at Central Park (I seriously have no idea why Michael is always there, but he always is.)
And while he isn’t at the park, Michael comes over to visit his sister and her husband (and the unborn child).
Sandara finally goes into labor. Aidan, who was in the middle of his dinner, immediately proceeds to take her to the hospital, leaving Michael alone to take care of the house.
Aidan: If you break anything, I swear I’ll get you!
Michael: Don’t worry; you just do what you gotta do. I’ll just be hang around here and watch-
Michael: UHH, I mean, I think I gotta go! And I so did not break your TV, I swear.
I saw you Michael, you totally did. >:(
I didn’t even know they owned a car. =_=)~ Apparently it was in Sandara’s inventory.
Ja jang~ it’s a boy! They named him Shinjiro.
Sandara: Aidan, are you just going to stand at the door or are we going home?
This time, instead of driving home, the both of them took the cab. Hmm…
As most of you know, there isn’t really much to see during the baby stages, so age-up, here we go!
Aidan’s ecstatic face!
The first born! His traits are Artistic and Easily Impressed. He likes Pop, Stu Surprise and the color Violet.
Well, here’s the latest installment. @_@ Hope you guys enjoyed it! ^_^)~ Also, I recently got Ambitions, but… I have no plan on moving the lot to Twinbrook… yet. XD But you all are free to convince me of all the sparkling things on that town if you please @_@ Then maybe I’ll change my mind and go ahead with the moving. XD Though I don’t think I’ll do it until the next generation. Heheh.
